Get the basics right as early as possible
Don’t risk everything falling over because you were busy “winging it”Destress your business
Getting the business basics right sends many of us into a panic, but it doesn’t need to be overwhelming.
Learning how to prepare, plan and leverage opportunity is one of the most useful skills I can teach you.
Even when work is coming in and invoices are going out, it’s natural to feel worried about money. But imagine not feeling stressed about it, and instead feeling confident that you were doing exactly what you need to.
- How do you manage the everyday while bringing in work for the future?
- Want to know the difference between your action and strategy planning?
- How do you price yourself profitably?
- And how do you make sure you’ve got enough time to do all the things you need to do in your business, while also getting work done with your customers?
To destress your business, focus on getting the important things set up properly: I’ll show you what those are.
I know that your business is personal and I’ll show you how to make that work for you, authentically and simply.
What’s involved?
Coaching is a process of high-trust conversations, practice and iteration. To get the best results takes time and commitment to “doing the do” in between sessions and that’s why I recommend a 13-week approach most of the time.
We start with a ‘fit check’ kōrero to see if we vibe, and I’ll ask you a lot of questions about what’s going on.
This coaching is for people and businesses that have been around for at least a couple of years, or those newer to business who are committed to taking action and spending money in the right places and on the right things.
Slow and steady is the key. Success comes from taking consistent steps towards continuous improvement.
Tailored coaching starts at $2,890 excl GST – payment plans are available.
We’ll work together weekly (Online via Zoom, with support via phone and email between sessions). Our coaching is tailored to your needs, but does follow my signature framework. Learning is supported via my online course and resources, which you’ll keep access to long after we finish working together.
Sel is wonderful. She’s an anchor in the storm of being a new business owner.
We met every week and she pulled me out of the morass to see the big picture and to focus on the crucial parts of getting set up properly.
