Tailored coaching for individuals; focused on inclusive leadership and underpinned by the principles of emotional intelligence starts at $6,500 (excl GST) for a three-month program of weekly one-one sessions online via Zoom.
Group sessions are held in person only, across a number of days, and will vary in price and time commitment depending on the size of the group and location
What’s involved?
Coaching is a process. I can teach you things quickly, but the real magic comes from you taking time to think between sessions, testing and iterating. It’s a process of active learning, and it takes time and commitment to really see magic.
I offer a free “fit-check” kōrero first. These help me to ask targeted questions to find out more about your situation. They also help us to discover if we “vibe”.
I don’t like wasting peoples money or either of our time, so if I don’t believe I’m the right person to support you I’ll recommend other professionals.
