  • Investment: starting from $6,500 (excluding GST) for a three-month online programme of weekly sessions. Investment for bespoke, longer-term, or specialised individual consulting is determined after our initial discussion.

Group leadership training & facilitation: Designed for teams and leadership cohorts aiming to collectively lift their capabilities, foster cohesion, and drive system-wide transformation. I’ll equip your leaders to drive change from the top, whether through targeted workshops, ongoing sessions, or strategc facilitation for key mandates.

  • Investment varies based on group size, programme duration, and bespoke content. Group sessions are typically held in-person.

Strategic leadership consulting & advisory: For executive teams seeking expert guidance on specific leadership challenges, strategic risk audits, a review of existing people strategies, or a longer-term thought leadership partnership. This service provides high-level advisory support tailored to your organisation’s complex context.

  • Investment: consulting engagements typically starts from approximately $15,000 (excluding GST), with retainers for extended strategic partnerships (e.g., 6-18 months) ranging upwards depending on scope and commitment.

To ensure alignment and provide you with an accurate proposal, all engagements begin with a complimentary “fit-check” discussion. This allows me to understand your precise needs and craft a bespoke plan that delivers tangible results.
